For many years, YOLO CEO, Adel Yousef, has been searching for the perfect Vegan Parmesan to add to the YOLO Cheese line-up.

“I travel regularly to source new products from overseas and I’m aware just how important the Vegan Movement is in today’s world. In fact, it’s one of the fastest growing movements. Unfortunately, I haven’t found a Vegan Parmesan worthy of the YOLO logo, “ he explained.

“I found the flavour profile wasn’t up to standard and often I wasn’t happy with the ingredients used. But, I will keep on trying and hopefully we’ll soon be launching a YOLO Vegan Parmesan that our Kiwi vegans will love.”
